Title: Can I even play this game with dial up?

All I have right now is dial up and i wondered if i can play?

Sure you can. There are plenty of people that do play it currently with dial up. As long as you have NWN, SOU and HOU and the Loyonara hak files. The hak files are even divided up for dial up users.
  Forgot to add, you also need to have an approved character as well and be registered on the forums.

I have played on layo before I was just wondering
I did not want to get all excited coming up with a character and not be able to play

I used to play on dialup and I hardly ever experienced any lag.  Get your character rolling, and welcome to the world!

Only issue with dial up is the long time it takes to download files. You're good for playing.
