Title: Can use exotic katar,without having exotic feat.

My char. a rogue can use the copper katar,even though it says you can only use it with exotic weapon feat,which he doesnt have...

Rogues can use Katar's as a little bonus. This isn't a bug. But good eyes anyway. :)
