Six rooms for rent in Fort Llast. A wide choice of apartments suitable even for every adventurer's wallet. Store your goods, have a place to call home and all of that near the centre of the adventureing world - Hlint.

Prices:

Room Nr 1 - 1000 coins a month

Rooms Nr 2-4 - 800 coins a month

Rooms Nr 5-6 - 400 coins a month

///Prices a are per RL month, I do not know the average Layo rent price, so if this is too low it may be a subject to change. Send me a PM if you think this is bad for the economy

The house includes a fully furnished dining room and will also include a decorated hall and a furnished lounge, to relax and chit-chat with the neighbours.

Please write your name below if you are interested, please include a room number, keys will be handed out when there is a good number of potential tenats.

Would Friday around 19.00GMT work for you guys? The time is only a proposal and can be shifted forward or backward. We can meet, I will give out the keys and introuduce how paying the rent will work. If some of you won't be able to make I will try to think of something else.

I can make 14.00 - 16.00 GMT on Friday.
I can make  2.00 - 7.00 GMT, then again 15.00 GMT Sat - 2.00 GMT Sunday morning.

Let me know what works. If it's going to be a problem, I can pay one RL month at a time and/or arrange for someone else to drop off the money and get the keys.

EST is GMT-5, so GMT time - 5 = EST time

19:00 GMT - 5 = 14:00 EST = 2 PM EST

Since I'm MST, which is GMT-7, this is noon on Friday my time. If only there were a wireless access point closer to where I work, I could make this over lunch.

If this looks wrong to anyone, let me know.

Friday at 19:00 GMT should not pose a problem.  This is 11:00am PST my time and would work out great.  If anything comes up from now until then I will try and keep you posted.  Thanks!

Reminding everybody and then not showing up myself, it can happen, sadly. There is a roughly 50% chance that I won't make it today, because as a last notice, my father decided to change a few parts of the PC this evening. So if I will not be online in 15 minutes, don't wait for me.

Though hopefully, I can make it, sorry to all in advance.
