the dock shop keeper from Velensk, have decide to take the day off to go drinking in Port Hampsire.

I think this may be my fault, the quest I was running had a small fight occur in the docks, I remember the Dock Keepr getting killed. However it completely slipped my mind to get him a standin. Sorry about that, hope it did not cause you any problems.

no trouble at all, but i think the minotuars on dragon island wanna send you a gift since they got to live a day longer :D
