Title: Moving Read Only Parchments

Heyas,

I've figured out that whenever my parchment folder bugs I and I can access it through LORE I can just move it to my new folder through the web interface.  However, since I can't edit the receipts nor the bird messages, I can't move them from my bugged folder to my new folder.

Would it be possible to allow the editing of the location of the read only parchments so that I could move them from one folder to another without having to run this through the DB gods?
