YouOS (http://www.youos.com) is an AJAX driven OS that runs in your browser.
Not really humorous or anything like that but thought it'd be interesting to share anyways.

Yeah, some of this stuff is pretty interesting. I like the persistence of it. Right now, I have a VNC session on my root X server so that I can do something at my desk, then go to a meeting and bring up the same display and keep working. I've been surprised how nice that is.
It's amazing how much can be done in a brower these days. Cool stuff.
