ive been wondering how to write on parchment ingame, i bought some ink and a quill i used the quill on the ink then it said you may now write on the paper and thats were i am stumped on what to do next, can anyone help?

Proceed to use your quill on a blank piece of parchment (for sale at the General Vendors), then type ~~help on any channel.

so once the quill's special ability on the ink then its special ability on the paper then type ~~help?
