Title: Question about giants

I have been reading through the layonara handbook, and thinking about a story arc.  I would like to know, what kind of giants are found in the forests of mists.  According to the book, there are 4 types of giants: [list=1]     Storm     Stone     Fire     Frost
[/list] The broken glade giants dont look like fire or frost, so they must be a form of storm or stone giant.

Id assume Hill or Mountain by their Looks.

But neither is mentioned as one of the 4 kinds that Grannonch made.

They would be Forest Giants, which would fit best with Stone/Earth.  Though I'm not sure how the Common giants relate to the nobles.  Not an expert there.

My take on that would be that Grannoch created the basic four types with all others that now exsist being sub species of a base species, like we have homo sapiens but also have caucasions, africans, asians etc. So Hill and Mountain and Forest might be offshoots of Stone, Cloud offshoots of Storm or frosts etc etc
But Ed would be best to ask or L.
