Okay, I did die previously and I went and prayed to the grave marker; however, 10 minutes later I got killed again (dang poison), and I lost 32,000xp. It was my understanding that if you visited your grave and reconstitued your body before dying agian, that you didn't lose XP.
I'm still on, 2:21PM PST and I couldn't get a DM to respond, so I'll just go with getting an answer if I can.
What a bad day, rolling 1s like crazy it seems.
Thanks.

I should point out.. the description of the cleric raise penalties is in error... it states the "does not have soul stone" on both encounters of each type.
Example: Neutral does not have soul stone, cost 5000
Neutral does not have soul stone, cost 2500
just wanted to point that oue

Two different spells here? Resurrect and Raise Dead
# If you Resurrect a follower of a god whom your deity has Neutral feelings, if they do not have a soul stone, you will lose 5000xp
# If you Raise Dead a follower of a god whom your deity has Neutral feelings, if they do not have a soul stone, you will lose 2500xp

I just hope they bring back the old old death system where when you died and respawned you lost I think 5 or 2 % of your total xps.
Rez and rasie lower the amount lost.

Replying to Orth's facts
See, this is why Divine Relations is a needed thing and why knowing somebodies' faith is necessary for Clerics. Not like they want to raise peeps who aren't cool with their own god.
BTW: what is it for those that Allies or Friendly towards your God/dess? I just can't seem to find anything when looking this info up.
Addendum: Well, not so true, I can find them, just that somebody stated the description was in error.
