Title: Who lives here

I was trying to see who owned the houses in Hlint so I could see if someone might be willing to sell and I noticed that there was one (103) that was owned by someone who is not a registered user on the forums (John Hendry). I can't find any information on the character Varda Vanyar except that he is an approved character under that username and a reference to his character in April of last year. Is there any way to make this house is available?

And he seems to have been around lately. But Inquire in the Wild Surge I reckon theres a few people willing to share homes. Or Rent out a Room at the Arms Inn. ;) Nice place. I lived there quite a while.

this is also a shared house and is being used.
