Title: Unhelpful ship captain

The ship captain in Silden refuses to recognize my papers to board the ship.  I am filing a grievance with the ship captains guild.

Wow they sure have harsh punishments when you complain.  They killed the old captain and replaced him.  I feel bad now but at least I got to travel on the ship.
