Title: unable to login with Hilda

when I try to log in with my character Hilda it says player invalid and that there is an item level restriction??????  not sure what has happened.  I last used Hilda on the central server.
Hoping someone can help.  It could be the iron platemail armour not sure though
bioware name is Michellebr
character name is Hilda Von Axewielder

Whats her level?  iirc iron platemail is level 12.  it might be that ILR is accidentally turned off on central... which is bad because you could equip something with too high a level req rendering your char invalid on the other servers, and on central once someone realizes its off and fixes it.

Not sure, but I'd bet its something like this.

The Invalid Character Module is up and running.
  west.layonara.com:5122   <--- NOTE: the port (5122) is important
  Log into this with your character, unequip all items that may be questionable, rest and then log into whichever server is correct for you.

tried to log into west.layonara.com:5122 but the server is not up. Does someone need to put it up for me?
