Title: what level for a horse?

Can someone please tell me the level you need to be to buy a horse?

15 i think, 14 for the paladin warhorse

Level 15 to buy a horse.
  Paladins get access to a warhorse at level 14. For clarity, that's 14 paladin levels, not character levels if multiclassed.
