Title: buying a house

How do I buy a home? Do I need to be a certain level first? All the realestate agents I speak to say ....end dialogue.

That means there are no homes for sale in that area.  There is no level restrictions that I know of just the ability to save mass amounts of coins...

i belive hes right just i dont think there are any houses left on west server
