My main character Sonya DarkAngel has a dairy right now that Diary is found at the Character develepment forum.
But I was wondering if it is posible to have a Book(green if posible) in the inventory of my character? Symbolizing that she has her diary with her at all times. And to what degree can a book like that be altered like on of those scroles that you buy? If it is posible to have such a book in My characters inventory. Where and/or how can I get one. Do i need to PM someone to get one? or can I ask a DM(or GM or whatever) in game about it? And how can I make it look like My character has that book in her hands when she is reading or writing in it (RP'ed of coarse).
Let me know if this is at all posible or that it needs to be RP'ed with some other book that wont have the text "Dairy of Sonya DarkAngel (http://thread-view.asp?tid=26087&posts=5&start=1)". Written on it but some other text. I'd like to get some info first before I get that book ingame, just incase.

I heard you can get a pretty red book by modifying musical instruments, but I don't think you can rename one. You can equip it though, like a weapon or torch. Just don't whack people with it.

Or you could get the DM-given book, if you don't have the proficiencies needed for the instrument.

You could just buy a really lengthy parchment and a quill. And actually use it for the diary, too. That's always fun.

Ifion Witseeker has several books. As an Aragenite, he'd be happy to give you one. I think they come in several colors, but I can't remember. But as was stated above, it's really a set of hickory chimes that have been modified to look like a book. However, the base item is "fashion accessory" so any class can equip the item. It shows up in your hand so that others can see you are reading. You can't write on them like a scroll. If you wanted to do that, you could just get a large scroll and use it for writing, then show the book when you needed it for RP purposes.
