Three people have missing horses due to a bug. The bug that cause the information about horses to disappear should be cleared up now. However, to restore your horse, I need you to post a request in Grievances and indicate:
Bioware name Character name Type of horse (i.e. Black horse)
Right now, I show three characters who are affected by this:
Sabrissia Ice Asher Hardrock Synal'dur Hano'del

Was the Paladin Warhorse system changed? Because... Syn doesn't own other horse than the one granted by the Warhorse system.
I'll be home soon, check if my horse is available or not, then i'll reply on the Grievances section as requested.

Alright, i am ingame and tested, the Paladin Warhorse system is working perfectly for Syn, perhaps you mistook my character with another?

Found one paladin warhorse a while ago. Quite dead.

That horse is accounted for, Daren raised it and it found it's way into the Temple of Toran in Pranzis. Later on however I found out who it belonged to, and I guess all is still fine with it.

Erm... now that's odd, Syn went through Pranzis indeed, but i did not dismount a single time, went straight to Lorindar for a port to Karthy.
