YOu know that thing that is required to create your character?

Were do i send that? I cant find it on the web site.

Under Character Development (Character Submissions)

If you can't find it, click the Forums button, press CTRL F, and type in Character Submissions. Once you're approved your thread gets moved to Character Approvals.

You'll need to be registered in the forums first, too.
