Title: LORE Updating

Does anyone know when lore updates things like whats in the characters parchment folder, location last see etc, was just wondering what kind of time frame it is?

The parchment folder happens every six minutes and the characters themselves get updated every six hours or there-abouts. Sometimes the system for the character updating gets "stuck" for lack of a better word so don't count on the six hour thing being totally predictable.

On a related note, can we only view our own stats if we've got our CD key in, or others' as well?
