Lot 268 is an Iron Maul with a second level electrical enchantment upon it. What am I bid?

The Iron greataxe has a reserve of 3000gp upon it and is lvl 11 requirement, lens price is 11560
The Iron Maul has a reserve of 1500 upon it and has a level requirement of 9. Lens price is 7044
