Title: Mining Gems Tin and Cooper in Seilwood results in nothing.

Normally I can fill my ox in Seilwood today nothing.  Nothing at all.

same with all cnr spawns in high forest. empty

There's a minor CNR issue with the update that was just loaded. We're aware of it and it will be corrected. Sorry for the inconvenience.
