Eredel Thelanore posts a message on the walls of the Wild Surge Inn.  Young apprentice wizard seeking to purchase a few scrolls:

A scroll of invisibility

And several scrolls of the 3rd circle.

If you should have any scrolls such as this for a reasonable sum, I may be interested.

There are a few that I do not need.

Contact Jharl or myself should you be in need of these parchments.  These are but trivial items and you will find my spell book is quite diverse for those of the second to fourth circle.  Prices vary depending on the usefulness, complexity and rarity of the spell involved.
