Title: Fluke transition - now my character is stuck

In transition to the "Path to Pranzis" Mercas Narmocano is stuck on a topographic level from which he can not get down.  I have sent messeges to DM w/o resolution.  Would appreciate a ladder.  Waiting IG for help.
