Title: Non-existent PCs listed in LORE

One problem I am encountering with the newsletter is that some PCs have multiple versions under LORE. This is due to rebuilds of the PC with slight variations in spelling. Some solution to clean out non-existent PCs from being listed in LORE would be helpful.
  Sorry to PC "Glenn Thendor" but his "Glen Thendor" version was getting the newsletters.

  The difficulty with this is probably that its tough/impossible to differentiate between a rebuilt pc that isn't being used and a PC that just hasn't been played in a while.

I suppose a culling of PCs wouldn't be possible, then?  As much as it's nice to have every PC ever created on Layo listed, some of them haven't been played in upwards of 2 years - could they not be archived server-side, so they didn't clutter the LORE pages?

  PCs that haven't been played in two years won't be on lore as we didn't start recording data on characters for lore until around january 2006.

Not to say "ha", but "HA!"  Not two years, 'tis true, but 18 months is still significant, I feel:  Aeron Steel (http://nwn.layonara.com/Aeron%20Steel).

Unless you meant January 2005 not 2006, in which case, I stand corrected.

Looks like '05-12-11 to me. Same as the first recording for Acacea, and... *Checks Pyyran.* Ayup, Pyyran too.
