Title: Dispelling Rune and Horses

The general dispelling rune removes the speed increase from being on horseback.

Remounting the horse should restore the speed increase. Can you confirm this?

Yes remounting does correct this. Its a minor annoyance, but perhaps the horse movement speed increase could be tagged as non-magical. (I don't know what that would invovle though)

It's actually tagged as "supernatural" so normal dispelling shouldn't have an effect.  

Anywy, this is odd, but manageable.

Just to avoid creating another topic, this also randomly happens with Warhorses, sometimes i don't even need to use the Dispelling Focus.
