Title: Character last name change????

I know I saw this somewere on how to go aboit requesting your characters name changed But i forgot all about it.
Can anyone fill me in on how and were to do this or just place a link to the right location. Then I'll take it from there.

make a request in the greivences section, make sure you mention the marriage.
