Title: Stuck on ledge in Pranzis

As explained to me by Talan in IRC, the ledge running the length of the city used to have ramps leading up to it, but unfortunately a person can get stuck up there via lag-jumps now.  If someone could help me down, I would be ever so thankful. :)
