Title: login to lore

I cannot get Lore to take my user name but it says my email address exsists so i cannot create a new account but cannot retrieve my password because my user id does not exist?

user name=curtwise
Character name=Elgon Merrick

Are you trying to use your Forum username and password to login to LORE?  LORE and the Forums use different accounts. You need to create a LORE account Here

Nope, my user name(s) doesnt exist...but my email is already being used on an account. So i cant get a new account and i cant get my user name or a password either.So cant get into lore.

can be reset?

The username you registered with LORE is "currtwise" (note the double "r" hehe).

Anyways, I've renamed the account to "CurtWise" (remeber that the name is case sensitive along with the password) and will send you an email with your temp password.

uh! Duh! yeah, ok. Thanks that did show up as a possiblity the "double rr" but i thought who could be that dumb? Duh!

Thanks for taking care of me and my problem. Some day maybe i'll get to help some else?

I'll watch for the password.
