Title: Guild creation requirements...

I have been trying to find the post related to the guild creation requirements, but every link I find goes to a bad area.  I know there needs to be 5 players involved and I believe a 75,000 gold fee for the creation.  What else is required and what are the steps for creating this guild.  ie. Contact whom, what information is needed, verification, etc.

Also, what is the possibility for the new guild to acquire a home on Mistone for the purpose of storing finished goods for reasonable delivery times?
