Title: Bulls strength II with Fire II resist for sale

I have a ring of Bull's strength +2 with a level II fire resistance on it (10/- fire resistance) for sale.  I will ask a starting price of 25K.  Anyone interested post here or send me a PM.

is there a specified level of expertise needed to use such a ring?
