The description needs to be changed to be in line with the Heal progression.

Wasn't Mass Heal supposed to heal to full HP?

 The spell is already suffering from the deity relationship effects, so that reduced a bit it's utility, even though it's still a quite powerful spell.

  The spell hasn't been changed recently, the description has just been incorrect.

The description is much better now but I have one more question.  What is the deity relation effect for mass heal?  Is it that the spell either works or doesn't work or is it a fraction of the effect or what?  Also I have never seen it not work on the target so is the deity relation only for others in the AoE or does it apply to the target as well?  Thanks.

  Mass Heal has no effect if the target is unfriendly to or an enemy of the caster's deity.
