Title: Wanted: Brownie adventurers

[SIZE=24]Dust off, or whip up, your brownie PC![/SIZE]

 To further my own PC's story line, as well as to drum up some exciting adventures, I'd like to begin a brownie race weekly gathering.
  Ideas for gathering:

• Worship service given by a cleric of Prunilla (the primary brownie god)
• Military training for the conquering of a new (or the old) homeland
• Picnics and other adventures
• Tactical sea battles involving issues of The Dragon's Whisper folded into brownie-sized boats

 I'm really craving RP adventures and just the thought of five to ten brownies heading out of town as a group makes me laugh.
  Requirements:

• A brownie PC of any level. Since these are RP trips, I think it alright to mix first level with fifteenth level. There will be no exceptions to this; other races are too tall.
• Willingness to RP and have a good time.

 Time:
[INDENT]  I can commit to scheduled events that lie between 8am - 3pm EDT (GMT-4) by the forum clock. I'll start off by suggesting Wednesdays at12pm noonEDT (4pm GMT) and lasts two hours, with a safe place to log reached no later than three hours after start.

Weekends are better for me since I play at EDT-6hrs... around noon EDT (so, 6am my time).

I have Freida, a psychotic 7th level brownie barbarian.

humm, I've never played a brownie before but this "army of brownies," aside from the obvious need for a tall glass of milk, has got me interested. If I were to make a brownie though, it prob have the persona of one of the wily brownies that stole the baby while the stupid daikini was taking a pipi :)

I'll give it some thought, but this would be more of a weekend only char if I can devise a concept for myself.

As I said on IRC, Amra would come if it were a different time, either evening PDT which would be late EDT or on the weekend. If I have a random day off though who knows.

On a side note to Fatherchaos, I'm not sure what a daikini is, but as a general rule, wiley or not Brownies do not steal babies. Brownies strongly favor LG and while there are a few NG or LN and a small smattering of TN, most are fairly lawful and stealing a baby of any kind is rather chaotic and depending on motive possibly evil.

My joke was in reference to the movie Willow, where some bumbling but good intentioned brownies were attempting to aid the will of a forest goddess. If your not familiar with the movie, I'd give it a go, and you should find my reference amusing more than anything.

Roggin Follyfinger would be willing to join in SOME of the outings, though i'm not the only person who uses my computer, so i can't come about 30-40% of the time

Nixx and Roggin were there at noon and stayed until 20 past.

Wymdir apologised for not being able attend but Nixx and him did some nice scouting in the blood desert before the meeting.

All in all, nothing happened.

Wymdir, Roggin and Nixx arrived and had a very good trip to Farmer north of Point harbour.

After some swimming they found a rather large castle and many a slap later finally returned to HLint with Roggin weighed down by a mountian of salmon.

Thanks to Wym and Rog was a nice trip and some good and fun RP.

Thanks to PCs Jameiron and Roggin Follyfinger!

The three brownies make a pilgrimage to Prunilla's temple where they made some donations and witnessed the preparations taking place for the Fall Harvest festival.  (Not really, but it's just a few ingame days away.)  After that they travelled back towards Hlint across Rilara.

Dust off your brownies and come on out next week.

Five total brownies:  Nixx, Roggin Follyfinger, Wymdir Wildium, Jameiron, and Bumblebee.  We took on three "tall folk" to escort us on a journey to Lar:  Mizu Kaze, Roy Aynsworth, and Strogar Bear-Claw.

If it goes ahead i may be 30-45 mins late, leave a message in Hlint and i attempt to catch up.

would it be possible to set up a second brownie outing at another time in the week, i think that the reason we don't get many brownies on the weekly outing is many because it is an inconvenient time.

Thanks to PC's Jamieron, Roggin and of course the super Brownie Bumblebee.

Between us we managed to get to Lar and have a chat with charles Dawson. Next week perhaps we can finish the second part of the trip and head to the dwarven fortress in the  mountains of Berhagen.

If you dont have the quest then try and find a party and head to Lar before next week, or find me and i will take you there.

PS. The dwarven fortress is a wee bit intresting if ye get me drift.......

Guessing from all the Brownie leaving doo's that nothing happened?

Also please reply if you are still going to be using your bronwie and perhaps another time can be arranged for the brownie adventures.

i'm sticking with Roggin, he's (i am ashamed to say) my highest level character (only lvl 6).
