Title: Epic list should be World Leaders

There is a list of "epics" that you get to through a link at the top of the LORE page titled "Epics".  I think the list is actually a list of all of the World Leaders as there are many 21st level and above characters that are not on the list.  Probably should change the reference to be consistent with the new system.

This needs to be changed by (I think) orth or OneSt8. It is on the list of things to do and will be done as soon as one of them gets the time.

It hasn't been a high priority however.

Might even make it two lists as we will have epics that are not World Leaders

I think the idea was distinction between epic and world leader, thus no "epic" list per-se though the world leaders list is improperly named.

This bug is fixed in this update.
