When do the characters marked for deletion get deleted? And... How do we know when it happens?

a) When Leanthar has time

and

b)They are missing from your server vault

One other thing... If a character is marked for deletion, can we apply for more characters up to our limit? In other words, do the characters who haven't yet been deleted count against our 6-char limit?

If you have posted to have them deleted we will approve a character to take their place.
