I've gotten several questions/comments/complaints over the last few weeks about the tilesets used in certain areas, like the Mosscrypt, Firesteep, and the Emerald Caves and about bugs that disturb the view, keep people from navigating properly, etc.
This was fixed several months ago in the form of a redownload for one of our HAK files.
See this thread for details: http://www.layonaraonline.com/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=26058 (http://thread-view.asp?tid=26058)
For anyone experiencing this problem, please re-download the indicated HAK and overwrite the existing one in your NWN HAK folder. I realize this is a large download, but it's necessary to correct the problem.

is this change also going to be in the next update? If so I think I can wait untill that. I'm not sure If I have that problem by the way. never been to those places as far as I know.

It's not really part of the next update. I haven't actually done anything regarding that particular tileset. If someone is having the problem now and downloads and installs this HAK, the problem should go away. It can be done before or after the update. It doesn't matter at all.

I had forgotten to post before, this fix doesn't really work, players (and DMs to a certain extent) who downloaded the patch still were having tileset issues. Instead of getting the strange city tiles, you simply can't walk over certain territories or are stuck as if you were lagging. So this still needs to be looked into.

That is correct. We get the correct tileset view, but players get stuck and cant move, or to an extent poorly. Didnt we use to have a tileset override pack we could download, that fixed this problem?

I just tested this hak and found that it does fix the visual problems. The city/cave merge that I once saw in the Firesteep Mines is no longer like that, it's a normal cave. I didn't experience any problems with the walkmesh on the tile either.
I noticed that it's a slightly smaller filesize then the one downloaded in the all-in-one.
I'll let you know hopefully soon if it is still bugged in the emerald cave. But who knows... may be a while until I can get down there alive again.
