Title: New emote: *brandish*

Script would be similar to the *pounds* emote but would be done only with the weapon hand... like one would swing a weapon around menacingly, or do a fancy twirl before moving into battle in such a way to threaten an opponent.  For an unarmed combat, the motion would be more of a quick kata as in kung fu movies.

Model animation is non-script-related - but if you have animation experience yourself, you can probably help the design team by making up the model files and sending them in...
