Title: Need Help before next server restart!! 138 Krandor chest bug

We have a crate that is open in that adress, but every time I try to get to it to move the stuff out of the chest, it says that someone else is using it and I have to wait my turn.  We already lost things due to that bug but this time, this is some crafting things that we want to sell that is likely to vanish because we can not move them out of that crate.  Please help.
