Title: Explorers Badge

Im just looking for a little rough info on this.

I understand there are Explorer sites and Speluncker sites dotted across the 3 continents which have been added in the latest update.

Is a badge received for finding all sites say...in Mistone....or is a badge given for finding all across the continents.

Is the Explorer and Spelunker badge the same....or is there a badge for each?

What is the badge? An actual item....or some title gained for finding them all?
