This is interesting. And, If you're like me, you will keep trying at least 50 more times to see if you can outsmart your foot!
1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.
Your foot will change direction.
I told you so ... And there's nothing you can do about it!
*sighs, goes back to work*

Yup.
First time I tried that I got it right though! But that's cause I write 6's oddly. Then I tried it starting at the top and went on to spend the next ten minutes going 'Whaah!' every ten seconds as my foot kept doing weird things.
That's pretty nifty! Now I'm going to spend the next few days telling everyone I know to try that!

I've got so much paperwork to do, i don't even have time to practice that, lol

I'm immune. Many years of juggling, skating and hackysack hath given me the insight to flail at will!

I can't seem to make my foot do that weird thing you mentioned... I can also rub my stomach and pat my head too...

Neural confusion is the answer. :P
-
it sometimes works for me and sometomes not

The best way to remap your neurons is by practicing different methods to increase your mobility. Play hackysack while juggling for a full month, and your muscle memory will totally expand itself for way more control. Skating, martial arts or gymnastics are really good for that as well, since you need to balance your whole body at once. You could likely give Bruce Lee full amnesia, and he'd still be a killing machine thanks to the mapping of his nervous system.
