Is there any kind of item that can protect a person from the fear generated by some creatures? If so does anyone have one for sale? Please leave a note here.

Wren,

A platinum ring set with garnets helps against mind effects.  Possibly what your looking for?  I don't know if it helps against fear though, but that seems to be a trick played on your mind.

Wren,

There is a helm which helps to block out some of the effects of fear called the Noisemaker.
