Title: xp chart? server side or client side hak

ive noticed when logging in that the normal bioware xp for next level is listed until i have finished the log in process

my question is ,does the alteration to the xp charts come from the server side or from the client side haks

and if its server side is it custom or something anyone can use in a personal mod

NWN doesn't load any custom content from HAK files at character creation or character selection. So level boundaries, custom PrCs and other similar things simply do not show up until you actually start playing.
  The XP tables are in our HAKs.
