[big]*This note is hanging in various towns around Mistone* Rooms for rent 122 Leilon. Need a place to get in out of the cold each night, or perhaps you need a place to store materials goods? I am renting out the spare rooms of my home. 1000 [big]750[/big] "True" a month. [small](1 RL/week)[/small] Tennant Rules. 1. The second floor of the house is 100% OFF LIMITS. If you are found up there without permission your rental agreement is INSTANTLY CANCELLED and you will forfeit any thing you've placed in this house!! 2. You may pay your rent in advance, I encourage it in fact. 3. A rented room that goes unpaid for 4 months [/big][small](//1 RL Month)[/small][big]. Will be put up for rent again, and all property in the room will be seized. 4. You may place up to 10 items in your room. Chests, furniture.... whatever.[small] (// so you could place 10 large chests each holding 30 items :) )[/small] 5. All chests, dressers, etc etc... Should remain LOCKED, I will not be responsible for ANY lost or stolen goods! 6. You are responsible for any visitors you bring inside. The same rules apply to them! 7. You are NOT to give out keys to your friends unless first getting permission from me! NO EXEPTIONS! 8.
