Title: Wands

I need to check this.....

I've a wand of Neutralise Poison....which states Rangers can use....

...but when trying to use it, states I cant use this item.

Would that be a bug?
Do I need "use magic device points"?

Yeah....says I can use it no problem.

Says Level 9 Req.....my total Level is 13....but only 7 in Ranger. That matter?

Could it be I actually "have" to be poisoned before it will work? Or should it remove Poison effects even though the posion has wore off?

i think that is why yo can't you use it.

I have one of those wands, level 7 Ranger and I can use it . . . .

This may be a silly question, but do you have it equipped?
  Oh, is your other class rogue or bard per chance? I think there is a bug with UMD - If you have the rogue class without UMD it may be checking for that too, instead of the ranger.
