Title: Less aggressive animals.

I would like to suggest that the server tones down the aggressiveness of all the animals.  Not only does it save druid's sanity, but it also means that people have to 'actively' attack creatures to get their hide rather than using the excuse 'it started it'.

This is actually a Bioware issue involving factions... Sometimes the deer will attack, sometimes they won't. And some animals WILL attack you if you get too close, as they're terribly territorial. Badgers, bears, all the big cats...
