Title: Confused Messenger Bird

To Plenarius or Whomever it may concern,

A messenger bird is hovering over the roads of Hlint by the platform. It seems to still have something attached to its leg. I'm not sure if it lost its way or if it is simply waiting for someone, but someone may want to retrieve it and make sure it's alright.

I'll stay with it for a bit but I can't make any promises. It's kind of creeping me out.

The Birds Regained its bearings and flew off after eating a few bread Crums
