The Barracuda Spam Firewall (http://www.barracudanetworks.com/ns/products/spam_overview.php) is the bestest most wonderfull anti-spam I have run across.  Takes the load off the Exchange server.  Since deploying it here, we have stopped what is listed below.  Went live on Nov. 23rd.
