Thanks to all the dwarves for going out of their way to play and RP together. Personally, I'm having huge amounts of fun.
Here's one of my screenshots from today. Seven dwarves plus a dog that was our mascot. (The dog, unbeknownst to us, is a goblin druid. :-) )

Gah! I missed it again?

I wish all dwarves weren't GMT.
Must be the ease of natural accents.
-
Good job to all of you, nice to see this sort of RP spirit.
-
arg missed another. darn work thing!
-
This has been excellent!
I think at one point we had 9 dwarves in one smithy? Now *that* was a sight! :)

Looking at the picture, I just gotta ask..

It was truly a dwarf extravaganza... From Haggranar's story today, I was a dwarf-lifer. The RP was so full of brotherhood and conviction. Hi ho! Hi ho! Its off to smelt we go!...

the trip was good. ANd ofcourse not the last one :) If Pen N Popper continues this way we'll have a Dwarven PC city in a year :D
-
Yep. It was a great trip and more will come!!!
Further it was the first time I ever saw so many dwarves in one place. heheh
Thank you all for this Rp-event and especially to PnP - Dude you are doing a great job.
-
Another superb adventure, and a fine introduction to dwarven RP to PC Dwar
Another dwarf, Kurgaz, caught up to our group a bit later

I have to give credit to you PnP, you are doing a really great job with this, it's very immersive. The dwarven community is something I've been hoping to see ever since I started playing Kurgaz. I'm glad someone has finally been able to make it happen, and I hope it continues for a long time. :)
-
Oh totally! I'm loving the whole dwarf "clan" thing. Good job folks!

Another good outing for the beards. Last couple of times I have been out, we have found Varka in the middle of a pitched battle and we rally to his aid, nice dramatic device. All in all, one ton of fun!
P.S. Notice how in PnP's first screener I am the only one that is hurt? Yeah, it wasn't my day. Fenrir, make uglier armor next time.
-
*To Gilshem* As long we are having fun, then we are moving the right way. :)
A big thank you to all dwarves participating in this and a special one to PnP - for the creation of this post and the time spend on the newsletters.

That was because we all had rested already ;) The trolls liked my armors not the serpentmen.
Anyhow, good trip! :)

"*To Gilshem* As long we are having fun, then we are moving the right way." - I know, I was trying to do some self-effacing humour... guess it didn't work... Another thing I suck at. *rails at world* *world blows him a raspberry*
Anyway, I always have a blast with the dwarves. But I am still waiting for one of the legendary "Aye" "Nay" Conversations.
-
Thats a Varka and Harg patented conversation ONLY! :D

HEAR HEAR!!!

I have to agree PnP Your efforts here have been superdwarven and truly in line with what the spirit of great RP should be about: cooperative and enjoyable for all involved. When I first started I was so concerned with leveling but learnt that that is not what its about primarily. I have learnt sooo much about RP from yourself and all of the dwarf/ Vorax players. Unfortunately I am putting Layonara down for awhile *slumps his shoulders*. I can't do this by half and I have spent too much time at it recently. Also real life is encroaching too much (no computer access living on a house bus) and I need to concentrate on career, sport and most importantly family at the moment. I have had a huge amount of fun since playing Thorgist and I want to thank all of those that Thorgist has had the chance to adventure with *bows low*. Thorgist is off to Lar as his father Thain is ill and the forge must be tended. He might see you all in six to eight real life months. May Vorax bless you all and keep you ever vigilant ;-)
Very best and warmest regards,
Eltalstro

Yes I also applaud PnP for his work. My greatest regret is that have to work during most of these events.

Rhynn was there this time. Does that count?
-
I think it does, except who plays the wicked queen?
-
Uh..She does! It is =Rhynn= after all
-
*looks up* NO picture...damit! *grumbles and curses*
Sorry guys and gals - the picture of the axe-formation seems to have vanished........
Thank you all for a great time and another thx to Orion who played around with us ;) HAR!
-
Yes Orion,
Thak you for scaring the living daylights out of a seeming group of fearless dwarves.
-
Pity you all decided to run and not wait for the personal invite to cookies and tea.....err make that ale and lots of it.
The Long Storm gets so lonely, he would have enjoyed the meal....err company :D
