Title: character apearance change

Has there ever been a characters aperance changed after it was aproved and created ingame.
with changes I mean different head or hair collour.

Do any of you know where I can find the info on how to go about this.
I just wanna get the info first.

Yes, but there needs to be a good reason for it and you need to go through the Grievance process.
