Title: WL XP Wands

Folks, don't be afraid to use your wants to reward good RP. It is important that the system is used, and more than it is right now I think. Please do not be afraid to use the wands where/when they should be used.
  We have the upcoming event this weekend as well, so use it quite lot during that time please.

I'll use them as much as people earn their use around me. Sound like a fair compromise?
