Title: Character Deletation at the road

When you first make a character theres always the possbility you'll make a few mistakes, sadly.
I was thinking, instead of bothering the team with requests to fix this and that why not make it so that new characters (before they've been stripped of their items and sent to Hlint for the first time) have an option via the statue to delete themselves?

would save time for the team and the players incase there is an error :)

Thirded, and I've seen it on another server, so I know it can be done.
