Does the restriction on sub-races still apply to Sea Elf, Wood Elf, and Sun Elf?  Just wondeirng...

Yes. Until we announce differently, it will continue to apply.
  We probably won't change this policy until V3 is released.

The restriction does apply to these sub-classes of elves at this time.

Curious about one more thing.  I wanted to change the in game Description of one of my PCs..  How do I go about doing that?  Is that for the greviences page?

You use the Grievances post being sure to format in the way asked within. Keep in mind that there should usually be a good RP reason for doing this.

Yes, that's the place to ask for it.

Please note that changing the description of a PC requires an edit by someone with character vault access (read: really busy DMs).

Unless a RP reason is given, it's generally best not to ask for it. :)
